Meeroo Spooktacular Contest - 2011

Have you heard of the Meeroo Spooktacular contest this halloween? No? Well, then you're missing out!

The contest is ran by the official WWoM team, at the 'roo sim'. The idea is to create the best picture you can with your meeroos, with the very obvious theme of Halloween.

Here's the rules:

1. Contest is open between Wednesday October 12th to Friday October 21st
2. Entries will not be accepted after 12pm SLT on the 21st.
3. Picture must include at least one Meeroo.
4. Only one entry per avatar.
5. Entries are to be sent to Meeroos Contest Resident.
6. Five Winning entries will receive a limited edition costume paintbrush.
7. You give Malevay Studios Permission to display entered photos.
8. Winning entries will be displayed on the web page as well as at Roo.
9. All entries MUST be rated "G" for general audience. This means no nudity, no burning meeroos, no sexual content, or questionable content ect ect.
10. Nothing that will violate any terms of service, Malevay or Linden Labs.

There's been so many lovely entries, here's a few of my personal favorites! Of course, there was too many amazing entries, so I had to cut it down to about five! Decisions..decisions....

I really love this one, the meeroo with the witches hat seems generally surprised at the appearance of those ghost roos! I think it was well put together, positioning that must have taken a long time to do, and I have much respect for this image.

I adore this, the little roos with cute little pumpkins in their mouths is just such a treat! I believe the image colours are perfect together, and there's simply nothing I would have changed about it.

I love the colours in this, it looks like something I'd put on my walls! I love the use of the contrast. The light beams just perfect it.

I love the idea of the momma (or papa?) roo handing out muffins to the younger meeroos. The technique used on this image is just perfection!

This one, is just amazing. Everytime I look at it, it really catches my eye. I love the meeroo pumpkin, and the shadows cast by the meeroos. I love how the meeroos look worried about being in a big, empty and spooky house! Great colours and use of shadow.

This last beauty, is the one I entered myself. Hope you enjoy :D
